Come and enjoy being in the middle of nowhere, but in the centre of everything. We have 4 spacious and comfortable double bedrooms, 3 with modern en-suites (or two with a shared bathroom) all with a traditional yet unique style.
Unwind in the cosy drawing room with open fireplace, comfortable seating and bar. Take in the countryside views throughout the day from the conservatory, then enjoy and relax in these social spaces in the evening.
The large and pretty garden with outdoor furniture, overlooks the airfield and countryside so you can enjoy watching a unique mix of wildlife, light aircraft and skydiving.
With our grand dining room suitable to host a lunch, dinner or private party.
For some where to settle in the evening, a large open plan kitchen/living room also views of the garden.

Walltree House is a beautiful stone farmhouse surrounded by charming English countryside. We're situated next to activity-haven Hinton Airfield, and within easy reach of many must-see sites and locations around Northamptonshire, Oxfordshire and The Cotswolds.

We offer a Self Catering Holiday Let as a 4 bedroom Farmhouse and also on a B&B basis offer 3 spacious and comfortable double bedrooms with modern ensuites, all providing their own style and ambience and each inclusive of a continental breakfast.
We're happy to welcome short breaks, long stays and everything in between, including hiring out all the space exclusively. We can cater for weddings, parties, gatherings, festivals and corporate events, with plenty of space indoors and acres of land outside, all available to hire.

Unwind and relax in the cosy drawing room, which features a large open fireplace and a bright conservatory with countryside views.

GLAMPING
TENTS
We have two Bell tents and one larger Luna tent. All come equipped with their own bedding, crockery and cutlery, BBQ and outdoor sink.

SHEPHERDS HUTS
New for this year we have two cosy shepherds huts with their own private bathroom and kitchen. These come complete with: bedding, towels, crockery and cutlery.

Located in a secluded area a short walk from the campsite.

CAMPING
Countryside camping in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature.
The site offers circular pitches mown into the long wild grass with access to a shared picnic table and firepit.

A newly built rustic style block provides modern bathroom and washing facilities, including hot showers, electric charging points and a freezer.

Views all around are of open countryside, and it’s easy to get out for more rural exploring to nearby classic villages and country pubs.

The property boasts a large field and three spacious gardens which are ideal for holding an outdoor event.
We can provide up to 1.2 acres for marquees, teepee tents, stages or whatever wonderful area you would like to create.

THINGS TO DO
Sky Diving
Hinton Sky Dive Centre is next door to the house on the Airfield. We will happily organise this exhilarating activity for you.
Gliding
Also based on Hinton Airfield is Banbury's Gliding Club, offering a range of flying experiences. Please let us know if you want further information on this.
Paintballing
Delta Force Paintballing is located in woodland, just a couple of minutes from the house. Please let us know if you'd like us to arrange this great fun group activity for you.
Walking
The house is surrounded by public footpaths. Venture straight from the property into the stunning countryside, or head further afield to one of the many quintessentially-British villages nearby.
Eating & Drinking
With an abundance of quality country pubs nearby, we're spoilt for choice. The Rose & Crown in Charlton is a great local you can walk to, or take a short drive to our foody favourites The White Horse in Kings Sutton or The Muddy Duck in Hethe.

GETTING TO US
By Car

If you're coming from Banbury/Junction 11, you will find a road signposted Hinton Airfield just after the village of Farthinghoe, or just before the village if coming from Brackley. Follow that road for 1 mile and after a sharp corner take the right-hand fork.
